Additional Services
Sewer Scope
A sewer scope is a camera mounted to a flexible cable that is used to inspect inside underground sewer lines from the main cleanout of the home to where the sewer line connects to the city sewer line. This service can detect visible defects inside the sewer lines such as damaged sewer lines, roots entering sewer lines, sewer lines that do not have sufficient slope and trash or other debris inside sewer lines.

Termite Inspection (aka Wood Destroying Insect or WDI Inspection)
A termite inspection is a visual inspection to identify wood destroying insect activity or conditions that are conducive to wood destroying insects.
Foundation Elevations
The foundation is inspected as part of the regular home inspection. This is an additional service that directly measures the foundation. The home inspector will measure the height of the foundation throughout the home and provide a PDF that documents these measurements. These measurements can be used as a benchmark to determine foundation movement. If foundation movement is suspected in the future, a new set of foundation elevations can be recorded and compared to the old foundation elevations to directly determine foundation movement.
